For city of Cleveland residents only, the City
of Cleveland Kennel's spay and neuter clinic is by far the least expensive option.
The phone number is 216-664-2759. But, they have a waiting list and so you cannot
always get an appointment. Right now, their answering machine states that they
are only taking male cat appointments and the cost is $25. Female cats and all
dogs must wait until the waiting list goes down. They refer you to another
