IMMEDIATE
NEEDS:
Volunteers to serve as committee
members for:
-
Fundraising committee whose
purpose will be to raise funds needed to run the shelter, create the calendar
of events, and organize, plan and execute fundraisers.

Publicity and Humane Education
committee whose purpose will be to increase public awareness of our shelter,
its fundraising events, spay and neuter, animal care information, making presentations
to the schools and community groups
-
Inventory and purchasing –
responsible for collecting and recording in-kind donations, inventory of all
supplies and purchase with BAS, Inc. funds of needed items.

Grant writing – Responsible
for funding solicitation by way of grants requested from corporations and individuals.
-
Health and Welfare Committee
- Helps with animal care until adoption
and follow up.
